Are your designs available in different colours?

Sorry not at this stage, we may add different colourways for future runs though.

I have this idea for a design, would you make it?

We are always interested in getting feed back on our designs and ideas for new designs.

I don’t see the size my size, is it available? eg. XXL or XXS

No, we do not stock some sizes. Feel free to contact us about ordering a custom size. If you do inquire we will endeavour to keep you posted when your size range does become available.

Do you offer a discount for multiple items in one order?

Yes, discounts given for multiple items.

How soon will I get my order?

Most of our orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving them. Orders received over the weekend are processed on Monday. For shipping in Australia it should take 5-7 business days to arrive. For international shipping it should take 10-28 business days to arrive. In rare cases, packages may be delayed due to customs. Please keep in mind that orders shipped during the holiday season will be delayed due to the volume of shipments during the holiday season.

What happens when an item on my order is Out of Stock?

We will try to email you as soon as possible when we don’t have items in stock. You will have to decided if you would like to wait for item, or if you would prefer to cancel your order.

What are your for payment options?

We currently only accept payment through PayPal. You do not need to sign up to PayPal in order to pay by Credit Card.

Is my payment safe?

All our merchant services are handled by PayPal so you can be assured that your privacy and security are maintained.

Can I save items for shopping later?

No, after you close your internet browser all items in your shopping cart will disappear.

What do you do with the information you collect?

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address. We then use this information to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

Do you disclose any information to 3rd parties?

De Croft Clothing does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
